Usage Instructions

Heat oil in a pan, sauté onions, tomatoes, and ginger-garlic paste.

Add Eastern Chicken Masala as required (usually 2–3 teaspoons for 500g chicken).

Fry till aromatic, then add chicken pieces and mix well.

Add water or coconut milk (optional) and cook until chicken is tender.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice, roti, or parotta.
